For a property manager or an insurer what counts is who carries the file: assessment, coordination of the trades, execution and handover.
Our own equipment
Inspection camera, drain machines, diamond core drill, press tools, plastic pipe welder up to 160 mm. We do not wait on a subcontractor to establish a cause.
